On the final call of former prime minister Imran Khan, thousands of PTI followers move to Islamabad and demand the release of Imran Khan. As of the report, several marches from KPK, Sindh and Lahore, Islamabad hit Islamabad to record the protest on D-Chock Islamabad.
The protest led by Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi, Ali Amin Gandapur and other PTI leaders. Previously, PTI had called for protest but it couldn’t be possible. PTI leaders have confirmed talk about a huge protest with Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, he said this is the final call of protest to move Islamabad, the protest should be peaceful and we only demand our rights.
PTI has crossed the major resistance created by Punjab Police, according to a report, police fired rubber bullets, and tear gas shells to push them back. Furthermore, it unveiled that PTI protesters have fired police, and about 119 policemen were wounded in the PTI protest. PTI protest leaders have clearly said that we will stand till their last breath, the protest will not end until the Khan is in Jail.
Army Act Implemented in Punjab
The federal government has implemented the Army Act under the 245 article, and it has allowed the shooting of Extremists where you see. To control the situation in Islamabad, the law minister made strong efforts to maintain a peaceful situation in the capital. But PTI workers are not stopping chaos, they have killed some soldiers in protest.

The government allowed the Pak Army to take control of the government department in the Capital which is near to D-chowk, The latest sources added that the government have allowed PTI protesters to reach D-chock without damaging the government property and police violence.
D-Chowk Islamabad
With the latest information, PTI protesters reached the D-Chowk with Party leaders Bushra Bibi and Ali Ami Gandapur. The current situation in Islamabad is worrying, thousands of protesters are moving to D-Chowk to demand of releasing Imran Khan from Jail. Bushra Bibi and Ali Amin Gandapur say party activists to remain peaceful respect the security force and avoid any violence.
Sources added PTI will stay at D-Chowk and they will continue to protest till the government release the Imran Khan and accept PTI’s demands. In a briefing with the media, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi shared details on talks between the government and PTI leader, he said the government will not accept the demand of PTI and if they want to protest they can do but the government will not allow them to violate, peace, law, and attack on security forces and government property.
Furthermore, Barrister Gohar Ali who is a current PTI Chairman has declared a statement regarding negotiations with the government. He said “The government have not contacted us yet for negotiations”, and there’s no hope for the talks between the PTI and Shahbaz Government. PTI strongly focused on protest at D-Chowk and called more PTI activist to join their protest.
Internet Down in Pakistan
For two days, the internet has been slow in the country due to the PTI protest. WhatsApp users face downloading issues of photos, videos and voices. The relevant authorities notified the users already about the activation of the firewall, previously the firewall test was completed to manage the illegal content shared via WhatsApp and X.
In addition to this, phone calls and Wi-Fi service are available for everyone. If the situation changes in Islamabad and those places where protesters are located the service will be closed. For a long time, the leading social media app X (formerly known as Twitter) has been banned in Pakistan and it does not work without a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Recently, the government took a strong step towards the ban on VPNs in the country.
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has launched an online registration portal for VPN registration. Freelancers or other companies can register with VPNs to get access to sites which are banned in Pakistan.
Government’s Response
Later, the government allowed the Army and Rangers to shoot extremists who entered D-Chowk. Interiors Minister, Atta Tarar and other government ministers have declined negotiations with the Pakistan Tehrek-E-Insaf. They said, the PTI is an extremist party and the government will not talk with extremists.
They have added more than protesters defamed in front of international communities and Belarusian business delegations. Last night, rangers shot at hundreds of PTI protesters among these killed several were injured.
PTI protest leaders left the D-Chowk last night when the rangers made a plan to turn off the lights in D-Chowk and they have created darkness to shoot on extremists. Ali Amin Gandapur, Bushra Bibi and other several party officials left the protest, sources added they went to KPK CM House.
PTI leaders have assured protesters that we will not return without releasing the Imran Khan. When Ali Amin Gandapur was talking on the container, a PTI fan threw a water bottle at him when he said “We will return to back”.
PTI fans said if you return we will enter CM house KPK to attack you, you have called us several times and have humiliated us, and it will be shameful to return.
Current D-Chowk Situation
The current situation at D-Chowk is normal, the area is under the control of Rangers and Army security. Sources added some roads and Offices were allowed to open based on the situation. The agenda of PTI protesters is to reach Chowk under the leadership of Bushra Bibi and Gandapur, unfortunately, no other party leader is part of this protest. Another party member Shahbaz Gill, President Ali Gohar, Asad Qaiser and others responded to social media only and they were not the part of protest physically.
The government closed the schools, and government offices and blocked the roads to stop any issues and attacks from PTI protesters. PTI workers reached D-Chowk to record their protest, and the federal government is in full preparation to face any quarrel from the PTI side. It seems that the PTI will not continue their protest for long days, the government has set all plans to make it an unsuccess protest.
