EX-PM Imran Khan Arrested in Seven New Cases

The Ex-PM Imran Khan arrested in seven new cases relevant to the protest in Islamabad, the arrest warrant release for 28th Sept, 5th Oct and 24th November protests. According to latest news, the Anti-Terrorisms Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah have conducted a hearing at Adila Jail where the honorable court made an order to sent him to fail for judicial remand in all cases.

Seven new cases was filed against the Khan and now he is arrested in these cases by Police as per sources and also several other cases have been filed on party leaders who involved in 24th November protest. The news report unveiled the names of party leaders including Khan wife Bushra Bibi, KPK CM Ali Amin Gandapur and others.

On dated 9th November Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorisms Court allowed the 5-days physical remand of Khan, later which was extended for 6-days. During the hearing of seven new cases, the judge did not grant physical remand of Khan, later to this the investigation team reached at Adiala Jail to arrest the Khan.

Several charges were filed against many protesters and local leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) for the violence of law on 26th November in Islamabad. The protest was led by the KPK CM Gandapur and Bushra Bibi, and they said that this “Final Call” protest by Imran Khan and a message to him to keep the protest till his release. But PTI leaders couldn’t keep it up due to the legal actions and security high alert in Islamabad.

Which are Seven New Cases Against Imran Khan?

The case of New Town Police has been filed against the Khan and he is arrested in this case including six other cases. New cases including the protests of 5th Sept, October and November are filed against him. remember that Khan was arrested by police after getting bail in Toshakhana Case 2.0.

Excluding these cases, more than a hundred cases filed the PTI president Imran Khan including the 9th May case, gift case, trust case and numerous others. It is in the history of Pakistan that more hundred cases are filed against only one man which is extreme cruelty for a man. The Khan faces the all cases legally, he didn’t leave the country for any health-related reason or any other reason as other leaders did previously like Nawaz Sharif, and Asif Zardari when they were sent to jail.

What Happened on 9th May?

The 9th of May was a black day for Pakistan when PTI workers burnt the government assets, cars and public properties – on this day, protesters came out when the NAB arrested Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case and he was jailed for 14 years. People came out in favour of Imran Khan, they demanded their release and that his arrest was illegal and planned by the establishment it was said by people.

On that day, people broke the pictures of martyred army soldiers and burnt and also broke the things in GHQ, as well as other national departments. PTI had claimed that it was not our workers who burnt the things, the government made different cases on people who damaged the government property and attacked GHQ. Later the government arrested the people and sent them to jail after the identification and investigation.

The unexpected release of Imran khan in near future – the major reason behind his release is that hundreds of cased filed under act of terrorism, violation law and court order, protest against Khan. So getting bail in these cases takes time and there is no any other legal way to face these cases, notably the protest or pressurise the government not a way to release the Khan from jail and It may create more difficulties for him.

In recent protest, the government with help NADRA has identified Non-Pakistani in protest who’s data is not registered in NADRA, according to news report police has arrested many protesters and some of them have accept that they are Afghani are instructed to do violence in protest and they said more that CM Gandapur have paid amount for this task.

After the protest, Interior minister took strong action with orders of government to arrest PTI protesters who violate the law. They have been arrested and cases are filed on them.

Another side the PTI leadership alleged on government and force that they fired on hundreds of protesters and among these died and their dead bodies were hidden, hospital management does not mention the total number of dead bodies.

On yesterday, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and fdw other PTI members met with Imran Khan in Adiala Jail where they discussed on recent incident. Khan said who told Bibi to lead the protest? Only PTI leader will announce what have to do or not and no any leader or Party member will made decisions.

After the meeting with Imran Khan Barrister Gohar briefed the media and he told that Khan have decided to change the party leadership positions according to his directions, the decision made because some party leaders sho lead the party are facing cases and they may arrest any time so make sure to change leadership and select those members who are not involved in any case.

Khan’s allegations on American government went wrong as per senior analyzers. He was playing a game on the allegation of establishment with American government. But the Pakistan’s politics is different than other countries, no one prime minister has completed five-year government yet since partition.
